Wayward was born in April 2020, when we realized something big: travel nurses – the real MVPs of healthcare – deserve way more than broken promises and bad vibes. Our founder spent hours scrolling Reddit threads and Facebook groups (you know the ones) and kept hearing the same thing: "We need a company that actually gets us." So we built one. At Wayward, we’re all about trust, transparency, and putting clinicians first. We’ve ditched the BS to create a company that feels like your home base – no matter where your next contract takes you.
